If you do render them out, you can't change the effect, so be sure to not have any text in the rendered version so you can add that in Resolve afterward. However, it they are built by using After Effects internal system linked through dynamic link (they don't look like they are built inside Premiere) then yes, you would have to rebuild them from scratch using Fusion or render them out with an alpha channel like I mentioned above.
You would just have to setup the text part of the template again. If a lot of it is pre-rendered graphic video files rendered out with an alpha channel, then it shouldn't be too difficult to bring those into Resolve and composite those over your footage.
